A Good Month

Hey, just want to thank all my visitors this month—my unique visitors, I should say, since I'm well into record-breaking territory with my numbers on that. I'm sure you Russian spammers have helped boost my numbers but I do see people spending some time on the site and I'm pleased. Not millions of visitors, I'm not saying that. The actual number is classified for reasons of insecurity security. But as far as I can tell, we could be talking upper quintile for blogs, and I'll take that. I don't want to be Perez Hilton. Can I say that again? I really, really don't want to be Perez Hilton.

Seriously, it's kind of nice that people stop by. I just think there's a lot of interesting things to talk about, things that don't necessarily get a lot of attention in the most prominent media outlets. So I just talk about those things the way I'd talk to friends, and if you think those things are interesting too I'm glad. It's an interesting world, isn't it?
